Olostep
The simplest price list in this set and, at volume, the cheapest that still quotes a page: one successful request is one credit whatever the page needed, and the pricing page says every request is already JS-rendered through residential IPs, so there is no browser surcharge and no premium-proxy surcharge to find. $399 for a million requests is $0.399 per 1,000 pages. The catches are at the two ends. At the bottom, the entry plan is $9 for 5,000 requests, which is $1.80 per 1,000 and nearly five times the Scale rate, and every plan is a hard allowance with no published overage rate, so running over means upgrading rather than paying a little more. At the top, credit packs are the only way to buy without a subscription and they die after six months, and the stablecoin pay-per-use route is $0.01 a request, ten dollars per 1,000, which makes not committing very expensive. Failures are free in the sense that matters: every allowance on the page is counted in successful requests. No proxy port, and no published uptime SLA. The footer names Olostep Technologies, Inc. and says "Made in Italy | United States".

Olostep publishes no multiplier table, because it does not have one. A plan's unit is one successful request, and the pricing page states of the free plan that "All requests are JS rendered + utilizing residential IP addresses", which makes the browser render and the residential pool the default rather than a dearer tier. The docs add that Olostep "handles JavaScript, anti-bot, and proxies under the hood", and Markdown is simply one of the formats a scrape can ask for alongside html, text, json, raw_pdf and screenshot. Nothing in the pricing page, the scrape docs or the API reference charges extra for a format, a country, a parser or an LLM extraction, so all five verticals are 1. If you want the arithmetic checked: $9 for 5,000 requests is the $1.80/1K the page prints, $99 for 200,000 is $0.495/1K, and $399 for 1,000,000 is $0.399/1K.
