Bright Data Web Unlocker
The one seller here that charges the same for an easy page and a Cloudflare-walled one: $1.50 per 1,000 successful requests pay-as-you-go, with residential IPs, browser rendering, CAPTCHA solving, country targeting and Markdown output all inside that single price and no multiplier anywhere. Failures are not billed - "You pay only for successful requests" - which matters more on hard targets than the sticker price. The catches are at the edges: turning on custom headers or cookies switches you to the Custom Web Unlocker API, where "you'll be billed for 100% of the requests (both successful and failed)"; the rate only falls below $1.30/1k if you commit $499 a month; and the free 5,000 monthly credits are forfeited if unused. No uptime figure is published - an SLA appears only as "Premium SLA" on the quote-only Enterprise plan - and ready-made per-site parsers are a different Bright Data product (Web Scraper API), not this one.

One request is one credit, whatever the page needed. Bright Data's free-tier billing doc states Web Unlocker requests "cost one credit per request", and the product page sells the whole stack inside that one price: "it rotates through 400M+ residential IPs, mimics real browser fingerprints, renders JavaScript, and solves the CAPTCHA, returning clean HTML, JSON, Markdown, or a screenshot". So plain, rendered, residential, anti-bot and Markdown are all 1: there is no published multiplier for any of them. Two published exceptions, both outside the standard price: enabling the Custom Web Unlocker API features (custom headers and cookies) changes the billing rule rather than the rate - "you'll be billed for 100% of the requests (both successful and failed)" - and the old Premium Domains surcharge, which carried a higher unpublished rate, was "Deprecated 20-May-2026" and is not available to customers who signed up after that date.
